Christmas Shipping Information

We use Australia Post to ship to you, and this year they recommend all parcels should be sent by Saturday 12 December 2020 in order for pre-Christmas delivery (please note: This is an estimate only and we can’t guarantee delivery timings). The sooner you can place your orders prior to this date, the safer. We will still be shipping all throughout the Christmas season, but your Hard Yakka products may not arrive before Christmas if ordered after this date.

 
q: HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Standard Shipping
Our standard shipping is offered via Australia post and is at a flat rate of $10 for orders under $150.

 
q: HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

We use Australia Post eParcel to get your items to you, so you’ll only have to wait 2 to 5 working days once your order has left our warehouse

 
q: WHERE IS MY ORDER?

As soon as your order has left our warehouse, we’ll send you a shipping notification email to keep you in the loop. The email will contain your eParcel tracking number so you can track the progress of your order through the Australia Post website.

Don’t stress if it doesn’t work immediately - it often takes up to 4 hours for it to be searchable in the system.

 
q: CAN I ORDER ONLINE AND PICK UP IN STORE?

Sadly no, all orders made online are shipped direct from our warehouse for a faster service.

 
q: DO YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA?
