Packaging and orders
Your packages and orders are safe.
Our Distribution Centres have implemented a split-team working arrangement that allows for rigorous cleaning time between shifts. The split roster also means that if one team is impacted, a backup team is ready to ensure continuity of workflow so the disruption to your items getting from us to you is minimal.
Health and Safety
We have an increased cleaning regime across all of our sites, this means the number of cleaners as well as the cleaning frequency of high touch areas has been increased. That means you can be assured that your package has only been in contact with thoroughly cleaned and hygienic surfaces, minimising your risk of handling contaminated materials.
Our customer service teams are still fully functioning and ready to help you should you need assistance with your order.
We are dealing with higher than usual volumes of queries as people are have moved to online purchasing and we recognise there can be some additional questions and concerns around the process, so please be patient with us as we work hard to get back to you as soon as we can. Should your package be taking longer than expected, please recognise that Australia Post is under increased demand right now and may take a day or two longer to get your package to you. While this is out of our control, we are working with our delivery partners to ensure your order arrives to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Whilst this situation is continually changing and presenting unique challenges, we can assure you that we are open, trading and committed to keeping you abreast of the situation at hand, while imposing as little impact on you as possible.
