Hard Yakka Koolgear, Now with really cool tape!
Through a combination of innovative design, the latest fabric technology and famous Yakka toughness, Hard Yakka Koolgear combats heat stress by improving airflow and actively drawing sweat away from the body. Hard Yakka Koolgear Shirts and Polo shirts for example, feature cotton mesh gussets and vents to promote airflow throughout the body. But it doesn't stop there.
New to the Hard Yakka Koolgear range are two garments that set a new standard in safety workwear. Both garments feature new 3M reflective tape that does far more than meet the safety standards for reflective properties. The tape comes in two forms, perforated and segmented, and benefits those working in hot, humid conditions by being more breathable and flexible. Something your staff will quickly appreciate when they're working in places like a mine or performing heavy manual labour under the harsh Australian sun.

New Hard Yakka Koolgear perforated tape Long Sleeve shirt actively promotes airflow to help keep you more cool and comfortable than ever before. These Hi Visibility two-tone shirts with new, “breathable” 3M perforated tape comply with AS/NZS 4602:1999 for “High visibility safety garments” and Day/Night use AS/NZS 1906.4:1997 for “High visibility materials for safety garments”. (Colours do not fully comply when wet.) As with all Hard Yakka Koolgear, the perforated tape shirts also have an excellent protection rating of UPF 50+ to Australian and New Zealand Standards.
New Hard Yakka Koolgear segmented stripe polo available in short and long sleeve, not only actively promote airflow to help keep you cooler and more comfortable than ever before, they also stretch and move with you while you work. The new “breathable” 3M reflective tape complies with AS/NZS 1906.4:1997 for “High visibility materials for safety garments”. As with all Hard Yakka Koolgear, the segmented stripe polos also have an excellent protection rating of UPF 50+ to Australian and New Zealand Standards.
